About
Built around the answer nobody wants to give.
Telehealth earned its trust problem. Quizzes engineered to end in a prescription, prices revealed only after you're invested, medical language attached to decisions no clinician made. ReviveRx Plus is built the other way round — starting from what happens when treatment isn't right for you.
What we are
The middle layer, stated plainly
A visit, and the care around it
You answer a focused health intake. A provider licensed in your state reads it and decides what's appropriate — including deciding against treatment. If they prescribe, a licensed pharmacy dispenses and ships. We handle everything except practising medicine and holding medication, neither of which we do.
Paid for care, not for prescriptions
No provider working with us earns more by saying yes. That single arrangement is what makes an honest no structurally possible, and it is the thing most of this industry gets wrong.
Priced before the questions
Every price is published before you answer anything. The industry standard is to hide the number until you've invested twenty minutes and feel committed — we think that's backwards, and we've built the site so it isn't possible here.
What we are not
Worth being precise about
Most of the trouble in this industry comes from businesses being vague about which of these they are.
- A pharmacy. We don't hold, dispense or sell medication.
- A medical practice. The providers who review your visit are independent and licensed; they exercise their own clinical judgment.
- A shop. There is no cart, no checkout and no way to buy a prescription medication from this site.
- A guarantee. Nobody here can promise you a prescription, and anyone who does is telling you something about how they'd handle your health.
Contact
Pre-launchReaching a human
Business entity details, a support address and a support line publish here before launch. We're not printing a placeholder phone number in the meantime — a fictional contact detail on a medical site is exactly the kind of thing that makes the rest of the page untrustworthy.
Once you've started a visit, messaging your provider is part of the plan — that channel is real and goes to the clinician who reviewed you, not a queue.
For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
