Some aesthetic and wellness clinics ask for a good-faith exam — a licensed provider confirming you are an appropriate candidate — before a treatment they perform. This is that visit, online. No medication is dispensed; the price is the visit itself, and you receive documentation to take to your clinic.

Questions
Do I need this?
Only if the clinic performing your procedure asks for one. A good-faith exam is a medical-board requirement in many states for certain aesthetic treatments, and it is normally arranged by the clinic itself. Ask them first — if they already provide it, you don't need ours.
Does a clearance mean the procedure is right for me?
It means a licensed provider reviewed your history and found no reason you should not be a candidate for what you described. It is not a recommendation, and the provider may decline to clear you — in which case they will tell you why. The visit fee covers the provider's review either way.
