FAQ
Questions people actually ask
Answered the way we'd want them answered — including the ones where the honest answer is “it depends on what a provider finds.”
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Every medication we work with is prescription-only, which means a licensed provider must review your health and decide treatment is appropriate before you can receive it. Anywhere that skips that step is somewhere you shouldn't buy medication from.
Am I guaranteed to get medication?
No — and that's a feature, not fine print. Providers prescribe only when treatment is appropriate and safe for your situation. If it isn't, you'll get a clear explanation and, where it makes sense, a pointer to in-person care.
Do I see prices before I start?
Yes — they're on the pricing page and on every medication page, before you answer a single question. Hiding the number until you've invested twenty minutes is an industry habit we don't share. Your exact total is confirmed before any payment, and the visit itself costs nothing.
Is there a consultation fee on top of the medication price?
Any visit or membership cost is shown to you before you pay — itemized, not folded into a surprise. No hidden line items after the fact.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Telehealth visits and prescription medications are often HSA/FSA-eligible, but plans differ — check with your plan administrator. We don't require insurance for anything.
Is my health information private?
Your intake answers exist to be read by the licensed provider reviewing your case — that's it. We don't put health details in URLs, and we treat intake pages as off-limits for advertising pixels. Discretion also extends to packaging and billing.
Who are the providers?
Independent, licensed clinicians — and a provider can only treat you if they're licensed in the state where you're located, which is why your state is the first thing we ask.
Is ReviveRx Plus available in my state?
Availability depends on where our providers are licensed. You'll confirm your state at the very start of your visit — before you've spent time on anything else — and we'll tell you straight away if we can't treat you there yet.
What happens after I submit my intake?
A licensed provider reviews your answers, messages you if anything needs clarifying, and decides what's appropriate. If treatment is prescribed, you'll see your full plan and its cost before paying anything.
Can I stop treatment whenever I want?
Yes. Ongoing plans are monthly and cancelable anytime. If you're stopping a medication, your provider will tell you whether it needs tapering rather than leaving you to guess.
