Longevity

Longevity care with the hype filtered out.

Peptides and metabolic support are surrounded by more marketing than evidence. Our approach: a licensed provider reviews your health and goals, tells you honestly what the science supports, and prescribes only what makes sense for you.

About 5 minutes · Treatment prescribed only if appropriate

What we treat

What an online visit covers

  • Recovery, sleep quality and energy
  • Peptide therapy where a provider judges it appropriate
  • Metabolic and inflammation-linked support
  • Vitamin and nutrient injections, where appropriate

Treatments

What your provider may prescribe

May — not will. These are the medication classes our providers work with in longevity. Which of them is appropriate, if any, is a clinical decision made after reviewing your health.

Compounded — self-administered injection

NAD+

An injectable form of the coenzyme central to cellular energy metabolism. Levels decline with age; the human outcome data is early, and we say so plainly.

Safety, stated up front

  • Not a treatment for any specific disease — and we won't market it as one
  • Injection-site reactions and flushing are the common effects
  • Long-term safety data is limited

Compounded — nightly injection

Sermorelin

A peptide that prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone within your body's own feedback loops — the conservative tool in this space.

Safety, stated up front

  • Screened carefully with any cancer history
  • Works through your thyroid and adrenal axes — untreated conditions there come first
  • Results arrive in months, not weeks

Compounded — daily low-dose oral

Low-dose naltrexone

A decades-old medication at one-tenth its approved dose, prescribed off-label for inflammation-linked symptoms. Low-cost, low-risk, honestly evidenced.

Safety, stated up front

  • Cannot be combined with any opioid medication — including as-needed painkillers
  • Vivid dreams early on are the classic effect
  • Prescribing at this dose is off-label — your provider will explain what that means

Complete safety information for any medication is provided during your visit and with every prescription. Your provider walks through side effects and interactions before anything is prescribed.

How it works

Three steps, all online

  1. Tell us about your health

About five minutes. Your answers go to a licensed provider, not an algorithm.

  2. A licensed provider reviews

A clinician licensed in your state reads your history and decides what's appropriate — including when the answer is no.

  3. Start treatment, if prescribed

If it's right for you, you get a plan and the full cost before paying. Check-ins included.

Questions

Asked honestly, answered honestly

Why don't you offer BPC-157 and the peptides I see everywhere?

Because the FDA has placed those peptides in a category that makes compounding them for human use a serious regulatory problem, whatever social media says. A site that sells them anyway is telling you something about how it will handle the rest of your care. We offer what a licensed provider can stand behind.

Will any of this extend my life?

Nobody can honestly promise that, and we won't. What a provider can do is work on the things you can feel — recovery, sleep, energy — with tools whose mechanisms and limits are honestly described.

See what's right for you
