When the answer is no
Sometimes the safe answer is an in-person doctor.
Some histories can't be treated safely online — certain heart conditions with ED medication, certain thyroid histories with GLP-1s, pregnancy with several of the medications we work with. When that's you, the visit ends with a clear explanation and a pointer to the right kind of care, not a workaround. It costs us a sale and it's still the only answer we'll give.

How the medication actually reaches you
If your provider prescribes, the prescription goes to a licensed US pharmacy, which dispenses and ships it to your door in plain, unbranded packaging. You are not buying from us and we do not hold medication — we are the visit, the provider review and the ongoing care around it.
These are the terms we are contracting for:
Shipping is included
No separate delivery charge, and no charge at all until you've seen your plan and its full cost.
Plain packaging
Nothing on the outside of the box indicates what is inside or who it is from.
Refills follow the prescription
Ongoing plans ship on a schedule your provider sets, and pause or stop when you do.
Pharmacy partners are contracted before launch and named here on this page once they are. We will not list a partner we have not signed.
